About Me
Özge Canoğlu was born in Adana in 1990. In 2013, after graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramic and Glass Design, she focused her career on tattoo art. Özge built a creative community with No.11 Tattoo & Art Studio, which she founded in 2017, and created a unique platform in the art world with innovative projects such as Monk Artroom.
Inspired by the Taoist concept of “Wu Wei”, Özge Canoğlu explores the cyclical flow and aesthetic balance of nature on the human body. Focusing on improvised tattoo performances, she uses abstract lines and organic forms to emphasize the cyclicality of nature. With this approach, she brings a free form of by bringing collective stories together.
